Domaine de la Paonnerie
We first met Carol and Jacques from Domaine de la Paonnerie which is in the Loire Valley at a wine tasting in a left-of-centre wine bar in in Paris. The wines they showed us were just so vibrant, so alive that we became determined to make them available to our Australian customers.
They practice biodynamic agriculture in their large vineyard (around 20 hectares) and they vinify with natural yeasts and with either no or very little sulphur added.
